Do you like our proposal? You can accept the booking via the link we will send to you. Feel free to ask anything in preparation of your meeting. After the booking, when everyone is happy, you’ll receive an invoice with a payment term of 14 days. Any changes to your booking or consumptions from the bar cooler will be added to the invoice.
For multiday events we ask for a down payment of 50% upon acceptance of our proposal. For private bookings we ask for a down payment of 100% of the total amount.
Payments can be made by bank transfer to account number NL48INGB0675364566 stating the invoice number, online payment via Mollie or on location by credit or debit card.
The meeting room at DeepSpace is approximately 45 m2, including the bar, entrance, and storage closet. The effective meeting area from our bar to the mirror wall is approximately 35 m2.
Our meeting tables can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. For larger groups, we remove the tables to create a larger seating arrangement. We recommend a maximum of 18 people in our meeting space, though more people are possible, but it may impact comfort.

Creative meeting space: suitable for brainstorming sessions, creative workshops, and inspirational meetings.
Boardroom: suitable for small meetings and discussions with a select group.
Training room: suitable for training and workshops with interactive elements.
Photo studio: suitable for photo shoots, video recordings, and other creative projects that require special lighting and backgrounds.
Event space: suitable for small gatherings, product presentations, and other events.
Virtual meeting space: suitable for online meetings and webinars.
Art exhibition venue: suitable for exhibiting artworks, vernissages, and other art-related events.
Podcast studio: suitable for recording podcasts and other audio recordings.
For lunch our preferred catering partner is Vers van Gijs. They deliver delicious sandwiches and smoothies for lunch. Salads can also be added upon request. For breakfast we serve pastries from Saint Jean, juice & fruits and for a afternoon snack we serve a cheese & charcuterie plate from JWO Lekkernijen.
We are always open to suggestions. Arranging your own catering is possible.
When renting our meeting space, the following are included:
We offer our meeting space from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. For requests outside our regular opening hours, please contact us directly at info@deepspace.amsterdam.
The check-in and check-out times for your reservation are half an hour before and half an hour after your reservation. Make sure to reserve enough time in advance for your meeting. During weekdays, courses often begin in the evening, which makes extending your reservation at the last moment difficult.
Our bar cooler is always stocked with beer, soft drinks, and wine, making it possible to end your meeting with drinks. Keep in mind that the post-meeting drinks will be included in the time of your reservation. If you would like to book the space for an extra hour, please let us know in advance. Drinks from the bar cooler will be added to your reservation’s invoice.

Yes, we are flexible in this regard. Please feel free to ask questions beforehand about what is possible.
There is enough (paid) parking available on the Lindengracht, just around the corner. Please note that parking on the Lindengracht is prohibited on Saturdays, and the weekly market in the Westerstraat reduces availability on Mondays.
For cancelation of your booking our general terms and conditions apply. Up to 14 days before the start, the booking can be cancelled free of charge.
If cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the booking, the tenant will be charged 50% of the agreed total amount.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the booking, the tenant will be charged 100% of the agreed total amount.
Sure, sometimes it can happen that you have to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. You can always ask if we can help you with another date. Changing the date of your booking within 14 days prior to the start applies a service fee of €100. But you don’t get fully charged for nothing.
DeepSpace is located downstairs in a souterrain and not wheelchair accessible.
